Examples

In this page you can find some examples of the config (b.in), input data (kp2.txt, kp8.txt) and output (b.out) files of the ANI package.

Here are 2 samples of the input data files kp2.txt and kp8.txt. Short description of the parameters you can find here ParametersDescriptions.txt.

The first example is COVCOR mode (calculation of the correlation and Fisher matrixes). These are the corresponding b.in and b.out files.
